The situation
ArborXR’s product had matured significantly. The website hadn’t kept pace. Enterprise buyers evaluating XR device management software were landing on a site that didn’t communicate the product’s depth or the company’s credibility at that level.
The challenge
Enterprise software sales involve multiple stakeholders, long evaluation cycles, and significant trust requirements. A website that doesn’t immediately establish credibility — clear positioning, product evidence, customer proof — creates friction at the top of the funnel that sales teams have to overcome in every first conversation.
That friction compounds. ArborXR needed a redesign that did its job before the sales team was involved.
What we built
We rebuilt the site on Webflow with enterprise buyers as the primary audience. New information architecture organised around how enterprise buyers actually evaluate software — use cases, integrations, customer evidence, security. The design reflected the product’s maturity. The copy was written to land with IT leaders and operations teams, not just enthusiasts.

The result
